We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn Reebok products in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products and face covers, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and securely seal the box with the provided return label on the outside.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return reaches our distribution center safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
